Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. After completing your reservation you will receive a confirmation email with full transfer details.
Payment
Payment for airport transfer services may be made online or directly to the driver depending on the selected booking option.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your transfer free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Flight Delays
We monitor all flights arriving at Antalya Airport. If your flight is delayed your driver will adjust the pickup time automatically.
Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must provide correct booking information including flight number, pickup location and destination.
Luggage Policy
Passengers must ensure that their luggage fits within the selected vehicle capacity.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather or events outside our control.
